Need Answer
In case of bad weather, would you refund the tour fee?
Fore tours, we will decide if we can conduct a tour or not 2 hours before the tour start time. If you do not hear from us, the tour would go ahead and we are not able to refund. For rental bicycles, if you contact us two hours prior to the start time of rental, you can cancel and get a full refund. if only drizzling, we tend to go ahead in spring, summer and autumn, but not in winter.
What should I bring when renting or joining a tour?
Bring valid ID (passport, driver’s license), comfortable clothing, water, and any personal items. Guided tours may suggest comfortable shoes and sunscreen.
What kinds of bicycles are available?
Options often include hybrid bikes, road bikes, electric-assist e-bikes, and mountain bikes. Sizes vary, but some shops have minimum height requirements.
Is insurance included?
Yes third-party liability insurance is included. In case of an accident, contact the shop and emergency services immediately.
What if my bike breaks down or is stolen?
Report any issues immediately. For theft or removal by authorities, some services ask for photo proof of return location to complete the process. Support depends on provider policies.
Are guided tours available?
Yes — many companies offer guided bike tours with English support, small groups, and scenic routes for first-time visitors.
What if I’m late returning the bike?
Contact the shop as soon as possible. Some services charge additional fees if you return later than the scheduled time. Please refer the rental bike fee page for more information.
