Do I need to reserve in advance?

Yes, reservations are strongly recommended as our cutoff time is 2 hours before the starting time for the tour, but depending on openings its best to call or message on Whatsapp if its a last minute booking.  

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to get a full refund.  If the tour starts at 9am you must cancel by 9am the day before JST.

If there is any extreme weather warning the tour will not go and you will be able to reschedule another day or receive a full refund if your unable to make the new schedule.  If its only drizzling rain and has a chance to clear up we tend to go ahead on the tour.  Our company will make a decision prior to every tour based on the weather forcast.

Bring valid ID (passport, driver’s license), comfortable clothing, water, and any personal items. Guided tours may suggest comfortable shoes and sunscreen.  We also recommend you bring a bag or back pack to carry your personal belongings.

Our bikes are hybrid pedal assist E-Bikes.You may choose to have a basket or not depending on your preference. 

Yes third-party liability insurance is included. However you will be riding at your own risk

Report any issues immediately to Bike Rental Tokyo office. Every bike is thoroughly inspected prior to the tour and after therefore the rider is responsible for any damage or negligence as stated in our waiver.

Yes Bike Rental Tokyo offers guided tours with a local guide.
